EZEDDEN AL KHALEDI ARRESTED IN GLAZGOW
 
The 30-year-old foreign national, said by neighbors to be a nursing student from Iraq, was seized in a dawn raid, on Tuesday 03/08/2011, in Glasgow,  Scotland, after a month-long  investigation police said.  He is suspect in connection with 12/2010 suicide Stockholm Blast.
A police spokesman said the arrest stems from allegations that the suspect was involved in aiding Taimour al-Abdaly's terror activities outside of Scotland. Detectives in Britain and Sweden have been investigating whether  Taimur al-Abdaly was supported by others or acted alone. Police said the suspect posed no direct threat to Scotland.

The suspect was identified in court, on 03/14/2011, as Ezedden Khalid Ahmed Al Khaledi  an Iraqi-born Swedish national and nursing student.

 

Ezedden Al Khaledi is accused of opening accounts for terrorism purposes with Lloyds TSB, the Post Office, Halifax Bank of Scotland and Santander. He is alleged to have conspired to provide cash for terrorism between 01/2003 and 12/2010.
