Amar Makhlulif- Abu Doha
Amar Makhlulif - Makhlouf also known as Rachid Boukhalfa, nick name Abu Doha, was born in 1965 in Algeria. He moved to London in the 1990s’. Amar Makhlulif probably, fled Algeria in the mid 90s’ when the ALGERIAN regime began to gain the upper hand in the civil war against Islamic Organizations. He was a member of the ALGERIAN Islamic terror organization - the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat - (GSPC). In London Amar Makhlulif associated himself to the Finsbury Park Mosque, a breeding-ground for Islamic terror.
According to American court documents Amar Makhlulif - Abu Doha was, allegedly, a "key recruiter" who met ALGERIANs in Algeria and Europe, recruited and sent them to Khalden training camp, run by Al Qaeda in Afghanistan in 1998.
Amar Makhlulif - Abu Doha was the coordinator between the Al Qaeda Montreal 99 cell in Canada which plotted the LOS ANGELES MILLENNIUM plot in USA and the Strasbourg plot. He was identified by Ahmed Ressam, who was arrested on 12/21/1999, when he tried to enter USA from Canada, with 70 kg explosives in his car, as the LOS ANGELES MILLENNIUM leader of the plot. He is wanted in USA for his part in the LOS ANGELES MILLENNIUM plot, in France for the Strasbourg plot, in Italy over a plot to bomb the American embassy in Rome and in Germany for performing in the Frankfurt Group.
Amar Makhlulif - Abu Doha was arrested at Heathrow in 02/2001 while attempting to travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on a forged passport. After a long judicial process the court in UK did not find enough ground to extradite him to any of the countries where he is wanted.
Today (06/2007) Amar Makhlulif - Abu Doha is held in British custody fighting in court his deportation back to Algeria for violating emigration law in UK.
