Basel Ghalyoun lived in Madrid in Lavapies suburb in the same flat with Mohannad Almallah Dabas and with the Moroccan Fouad el Morabit , one of the accused for the Madrid Trains Bombing . Fouad el Morabit was born in the town of Nadur in Morocco in 1973. He came to Spain in the early 90ies for Electronic Engineering studies in the Madrid Technical Institute where he learned for 3 years. Mohamed Afalah, the brother of Ibrahim Afalah, was born in Morocco in 1976 and lived in Spain few years. He along with Said Berraj were police informants in Madrid but managed to deceive their operators.
