PARIS CARNAGE OF 11/2015 – SUMMARY

A. The Paris Carnage, on 11/13/2015, was orchestrated, at least from early 2015, from Syria by Abdelhamid Abaaoud (Abu Omar al-Beljiki) (pic-l),  the Belgian Jihadist from Molenbeek Suburb of Brussels. The same base of the previous Charlie Hebdo Attak of 01/2015. Molenbeek was the base of operation and recruitment for the Paris attacks. Indeed a foreign intelligence service alerts France,  immediately after the attacks ,  that Abdelhamid Abaaoud is back in Europe, having passed through Greece .  

B. The instructions were delivered, probably, through the web social network, more specifically through the ‘Telegram’ encrypted messaging app,  through Jihadi veterans who sneaked back to Europe (Amimour, Hadfi, Mostefai & Akrouh) and by Syrians and/or Iraqis who entered Europe as refugees using a fake identity cards under the name of Ahmed Almuhamed & Mahmoud Al-Mahmod actually Syrian soldiers who died earlier in 2015.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

C. The attacks were carried out by three teams; one team was comprised of three Parisian suicide bombers  who took part in the carnage in Bataclan: 1) Omar Ismail Mostefai, 2) Sami Amimour and  3) Fouad Mohamed-Aggad. the other two teams were of Belgian citizens from Molenbeek. The two Belgian teams rented a flat in Paris few days before the attacks for final preparations. A team for Stade de France with 4) Bilal Hadfi, the alleged Syrian 5) Ahmed Almuhamed and  6) Ahmed Almuhamed, also an alleged Syrian refugee. and a third team to Cafe’ shops and entertainment locations in Central Paris with: 7)  Chakib Karouh, 25, a fugitive  who blow himself up during the Saint Denis raid, on 11/18/2015 , alongside his colleague, friend and partner Abdelhamid Abaaoud and  Hasna Ait Boulahcen . 8)  Brahim Abdeslam, who blew himself up & 9) Salah Abdesalam, the logistic operator and still a fugitive. 

D. An assistance cell of two Belgian citizens. Hamza Attou and Mohammed Amri, served as rescue and escape team if needed.   

E. Six  members of the network, the mastermind Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the operational officer Salah Abdesalam and thefour suicide bombers; Bilal Hadfi, Sami Amimour. Chakib Akrouh &  Fouad Mohamed-Aggad were known to all European Security Services as staying in Syria, They managed to sneak back and forth to Europe unnoticed, probably using the stream of Syrian refugees from Turkey to Greece.

F. Mohamad Usman Gani (L), 35, the bomb expert, trained with Lashkar-e-Toiba in Pakistan, and his associate, the  Algerian Adel Haddadi (R), were arrested in Salzburg, Austria, in 12/2015 . Both were extradited to France on Friday 07/29/2016 .

G. In order to outline the Paris Terror group the mastermind Abdelhamid Abaaoud and the operational ringleader Salah Abdesalam relied on family relations, childhood friendships, common criminal background and relations,  with all of whom they already had a common language, and the mass flow of unidentified refugees to Europe, especially from Syria and Iraq .

EPILOGUE ;

1. Eventually, despite the horrendous results, the coordinated attack failed partially. Only in the Bataclan, where the Parisian team managed to kill about 90 people, they carried out their full plan . The attempt to enter the Stade de France stadium, with tickets bought ahead, to commit simultaneously at least three suicide attacks and to create a mass fleeing and a huge stamped with many more casualties totally failed. .

It seems, according to initial evidences,  that the third team of Abdesalam brothers & Chakib Akrouh left the area, after Brahim Abdesalam detonated his suicide vest at the restaurant Le Comptoir Voltaire, on the Boulevard Voltaire, without carrying on its mission through.  

** The Islamic State has released, on Sunday 01/24/2016, a video footage, distributed in the web, in which, after beheading and shooting of “Infidels”,  Abdelhamid Abaaoud and other seven out of eight Paris Carnage attackers threatened France with “rivers of blood”. The footage ended with a promise of Abdelhamid Abaaoud ”withe the help of Allah we will be those who will liberate Palestine” and with images of UK MPs backing airstrikes against IS in Syria, probably hinting toward the next target in Europe. .    

Site monitoring group said the video was filmed in Raqqa, the de facto capital of IS, before the Paris attacks ..
