– $20 MILLIONS FOR 4 ISIS TOP LEADERS

The USA Obama administration, on 05/05/2015,  is offering rewards of up to $20 million for information leading to the whereabouts of four top leaders of ISIS.

Through its Rewards for Justice program, the State Department announced Tuesday that it would pay up to $7 million for information on Abd al-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli (1), also known as Abu Alaa al-Afri, up to $5 million each for Abu Mohammed al-Adnani (2) and Tarkhan Tayumurazovich Batirashvili (3), probably a Chechen,  and up to $3 million for Tariq Bin-al-Tahar Bin al Falih al-‘Awni al-Harzi (4).

According to the US department, Qaduli is a senior ISIS official who originally joined al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Iraq, Adnani is an official I.S.I.S spokesman, Batirashvili is a battlefield commander in northern Syria and Harzi is the group’s leader for the border region between Syria and Turkey.

ISIS recently urged those in the United States, Europe and Australia who cannot safely travel to fight in Syria and Iraq to carry out jihad in the countries where they live. –

**Tariq bin Tahar al-Awni al-Harzi was killed in the northern Syrian city of Shaddadi, by an American airstrike, on 06/16/2015 Pentagon spokesman Navy Captain Jeff Davis said, on Thursday 07/02/2015,  in a statement.

** No.3 Tarkhan Tayumurazovich Batirashvili, also known as Abu Omar al-Shishani, was captured by a joint Kurdish-USA raid on Friday 12/25/2015.

** The USA has announced, on Friday 03/25/2016, that it has killed a number of leading Islamic State (IS) militants in the past week, including the purported second-in-command Abdul Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli (No’ 1).  Defence Secretary Ashton Carter said the deaths of al-Qaduli and other members of the group’s “cabinet” would hamper its operations.
